Le Sud restaurant hosts Exclusive ‘Six Hands Dinner’ Featuring Top French and Egyptian Chefs

On November 27th, Le Sud invites guests to an extraordinary evening where French refinement meets Egyptian soul.

The Six Hands Dinner brings together three visionary chefs for a one-night-only collaboration that celebrates the beauty of cultural harmony through gastronomy.

The exclusive event will feature Chef Christophe Die; a Michelin-starred alum for French institutions, the executive chef of the French Embassy in Cairo and known for refined contemporary French cuisine, Chef Habiba Makhlouf; celebrated for her modern interpretation of Egyptian flavors, and Chef Eric Bausson; Sofitel El Gezirah Executive Chef. This collaborative feast is designed to celebrate the rich connection between French technique and the vibrant, aromatic ingredients of the Mediterranean and the Nile Valley.

A Journey of Flavors and Techniques

The collaboration, aptly named “Nile Meets Seine” will see the three culinary masters jointly conceive and execute a multi-course menu. Each course will be a seamless blend of their distinct styles: Chef Christophe lending classic precision, Chef Eric offering depth through indigenous spices and local sourcing, and Chef Habiba culminating the experience with innovative pastry art. Guests can expect dishes that surprise and delight.

Due to the intimate nature of this event, seating is strictly limited. The Six Hands Dinner will be held for one night only on the 27th of November at Le Sud, with dinner beginning at 7:00 PM.
